Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select PDFyra, then tap Cancel Subscription.

When contacting technical support

Please include:

  • iPhone model
  • iOS version
  • PDFyra version
  • Clear problem description and reproduction steps

Do not send sensitive or personal PDF documents by email. Sharing files is optional and never required for opening a support request.
