By accessing or using PDFyra, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of the Service
PDFyra provides iPhone tools for viewing PDFs, scanning documents, creating PDF files, organizing pages, and managing local documents. Some advanced editing capabilities are available through a premium subscription.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws in your region when using PDFyra.
Free and Premium Features
PDFyra includes free core tools and optional premium capabilities. Feature availability may evolve over time as the app is updated.
Subscriptions and Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Pricing may vary by country and App Store storefront.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple policies.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect based on Apple billing rules.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PDFyra, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or use the app for unlawful activities.
User Files and Responsibility
You are responsible for the files and content you process, store, or share using PDFyra, including ensuring you have the necessary rights to that content.
Intellectual Property
PDFyra, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as required to use the service.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain quality, security, and compatibility.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PDFyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of PDFyra.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect users, service operations, or legal compliance.
Governing Terms
These Terms are interpreted in line with applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Apple-Specific Terms
Use of PDFyra on iOS is also subject to applicable Apple terms. For additional platform terms, refer to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
